Owner at Roux Black Consulting, Ru specializes in taking clients from point A to point B, idea to execution with precision, grace, style and substance. Having worked in the music industry with background in politics and capacity building, Johnson believes art is the revolution and our very living is the resistance.

Roux Black creates platforms of expression for hip-hop artists and other indies across the music spectrum, amplifying the voices of those not traditionally heard in the creative process.

We produce large volume events for Red Bull Sound Select, The National Cannabis Festival, Broccoli City and others with brand awareness fulfillment. On a political level Roux Black has written model ordinances for cannabis equity licences on the west coast while maintaining a finger on the pulse of change in cities like Denver and Washington, DC.
